The Super Stars Network, Inc. is an entertainment, development, promotion and marketing company serving artists, creators and entrepreneurs internationally. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through thesuperstarsnetwork.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. When you create a member account, we collect your name, email address, password (stored only as an encrypted credential), phone number, city and state, account type (artist, creator or entrepreneur), and the profile details you choose to add, such as your stage name, biography, photos, videos, social links and press kit (EPK).

Casting call applications. Guest submissions through our Casting Call form are open to anyone without an account. We collect your name, discipline, email address, phone number, social handles and portfolio or EPK link.

Payments and commissions. Payments for pathways, packages and donations are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details. For ticket sales and referral commissions, we record the order details needed to calculate and pay what you have earned, such as the product, sale amount, commission amount, referral code used and payment status.

Loyalty activity. We keep a record of your Star Points balance and every transaction that adds or removes points, including welcome bonuses, ticket points, referral points, milestone rewards and redemptions.

Usage information. Like most websites, we collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and the time of your visit, used to keep the site secure and improve how it works.

We use the information we collect to operate your membership and dashboard, process casting applications, calculate and administer earnings and Star Points, process approvals and redemptions of rewards, communicate with you about your account, applications and opportunities, keep the network safe by preventing fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Money matters and loyalty are always kept separate: your cash earnings (ticket commissions, referral commissions and payouts) are tracked independently from your Star Points, and neither affects the other.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the network — such as our hosting, email delivery and payment processing providers — under agreements that require them to protect it.

Your profile and portfolio are visible to network administrators and, where you choose, to other members and the public for promotion purposes. Casting applications are reviewed only by our team.

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of The Super Stars Network, our members or the public.

Purchases of pathways and packages are completed through PayPal, and PayPal's own privacy policy applies to those transactions. Payouts of approved commissions and ticket earnings are handled by our administration team through PayPal. Where required by law, we may ask for tax information before paying out earnings.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, protect your session and remember your preferences. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from signing in or using member features.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to administer earnings, points, rewards and legal records. When you request account removal, we delete or anonymize your profile and personal details, except for the financial and transaction records we must retain for accounting and legal purposes.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and role-based permissions so that only authorized team members can reach the data they need.

You can update your profile information at any time in your member dashboard. You may request a copy of your information, correction of inaccurate details, or deletion of your account by emailing info@thesuperstarsnetwork.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are in a region with data protection laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, you may have additional rights regarding access, portability and objection to certain uses of your data.

The Super Stars Network is a professional network for adults. Membership and casting call submissions are intended for individuals 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
